Natalie Cruse

Natalie Cruse, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at FORUM Credit Union since December 2012. Previously, Natalie held various positions within FORUM Credit Union, including Human Resources Generalist, Internal Audit Data Analyst, Internal Auditor, and Audit & Compliance Specialist. Prior to joining FORUM Credit Union, Natalie worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Service Manager and Customer Service Representative from May 2009 to November 2012, and at National City Bank as a Customer Service Representative from 2007 to 2009. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
