Beth Wood

Beth Wood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support, library services, and environmental health. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at the Cheyenne/Laramie County Emergency Management Agency since April 2018, Beth has also worked as a Library Assistant Substitute at the Laramie County Library System since September 2008, providing patron assistance and managing library programming. Previous roles include Records Specialist at the Laramie County Sheriff’s Department and Environmental Specialist I at the Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department, where oversight of inspections ensured compliance with regulations. Additional experience includes positions at Target and the University of Wyoming, where responsibilities ranged from logistics to resident oversight. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wyoming and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Laramie County Community College.
