L'Arche USA
Andrew Noethe is a seasoned nonprofit leader with extensive experience in community support and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Community Support at L'Arche USA since January 2022, Andrew leads a national team in coaching and developing L'Arche communities, while also supporting the establishment of new communities across the country. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Executive Director at L'Arche Portland from June 2013 to December 2021, where efforts were focused on transforming the lives of individuals with and without intellectual disabilities. Andrew's earlier experience includes directing programs at Saint André Bessette Catholic Church, mentoring at the University of Portland, and contributing to other community-driven initiatives. Andrew holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.

L’Arche communities in the United States provide homes and workplaces where people with and without intellectual disabilities live and work together as peers, create inclusive communities of faith and friendship, and transform society through relationships that cross social boundaries. L'Arche USA consists of over 18 communities across the country, and is part of an International Federation of L'Arche Communities around the world.
