Inkeri Turjanmaa

Inkeri Turjanmaa has a strong background in customer services and management, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing return on investment. Inkeri is currently working as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Director of Customer Services at Heeros. Prior to that, they worked at Basware in various roles, including Global Practice Owner, Service Adoption, and Manager of Customer Services. Inkeri also has experience at Kiosked as a Service Marketing Manager and at Hewlett Packard in roles such as Business Architect and Contract Administrator. Inkeri began their career as a Contract Administrator at HP while working for Adecco Finland Oy. In all their roles, Inkeri has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer experience, and expertise in process improvement and change management.

Inkeri Turjanmaa completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vaasa Polytechnic in the years 2000 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business from Aalto University between 2009 and 2013.
