Sally worked full time for three years at the Canoe Brook Country Club while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management degree at Fairleigh Dickenson University. After graduation she spent three years at Sleepy Hollow Country Club first as the Assistant Dining Room Manager then she was quickly promoted to the Housekeeping and Guest Services Manager.
