Patty Cardenas

Patty Cardenas has a solid work history in Human Resources. Patty most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Laredo Medical Center, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Recruitment and Event Manager at the same company from August 2019 to August 2022. Patty began their career with Laredo Medical Center as an HR Recruiter in April 2016 and held that role until August 2019. Before working at Laredo Medical Center, Patty worked as the Human Resources Manager at Arguindegui Oil Company from June 2004 to April 2016.

Patty Cardenas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M International University.
