Prior to joining Largo, Mr. Chaves lead the finance department of multiple multinational mining and services companies in Latin America. Since joining Largo in 2011, his understanding of both domestic and international business environment has brought a differentiated contribution to the Maracás Menchen Mine. Luciano holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Post-graduate Degree in Business Administration.
