Simão Araújo

Simão Araújo is an experienced producer with a strong background in game development and project management. Currently serving as a Producer at Larian Studios since February 2024, Simão previously held the role of Producer and Project Lead for "Shadow and Bone: Enter the Fold" at Chimera Entertainment, where collaboration with Netflix focused on a narrative RPG for mobile devices. Prior experience includes leading teams at Ironbelly Studios and 5th Planet Games A/S, enhancing performance and implementing Agile methodologies. As Product Manager at Aeria Games GmbH, Simão managed multiple F2P PC FPS titles, overseeing product vision and revenue generation. Early career roles involved localization testing at Testronic Labs and a background in communications with the Portuguese Navy, complemented by academic pursuits in Computer Engineering and Management.
