Bram Baselmans

Bram Baselmans is a management consultant specializing in healthcare real estate strategy and development at Laride | Hart voor huisvesting since February 2024. With extensive experience, Bram previously held various roles at AAG from March 2002 to February 2024, including manager of the real estate team, lecturer, and management consultant. Bram also contributed as a lecturer at TU Eindhoven from February 2009 to January 2010 and as a student assistant at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven between 1999 and 2001, aiding in the development of course materials and establishing the Master of Real Estate program. Bram holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned between 1995 and 2002.
