Deb Winkler

Deb Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Deb began their career in 2003 at Tom's of Maine, where they served as the Administrative Services Team Leader. In this role, they supported executives during a period of company restructuring and managed various administrative functions.

In 2010, Deb moved on to Putney, Inc., where they worked in regulatory affairs. Deb started as an Associate before being promoted to Senior Associate and eventually became the Manager of Regulatory Operations. Deb'sresponsibilities included assisting with regulatory submissions and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In 2016, Deb started their own consulting business called DLSW Consulting Services, where they provided consulting services to clients. Deb then joined Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Chondrial Therapeutics, Inc.) in 2017 as the Manager of Regulatory and Quality Operations. Deb held this position until 2019 when they were promoted to Senior Manager in the same department.

Currently, Deb serves as the Associate Director of Regulatory Quality and Legal Systems and Operations at Larimar Therapeutics Inc. Deb took on this role in late 2022 and is responsible for overseeing the regulatory and legal systems and operations.

Deb Winkler attended the University of Southern Maine - School of Business from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Project Management. Before that, from 1988 to 1989, they were enrolled at Holyoke Community College, focusing on Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1987, majoring in Legal Studies.
