Justin Whitesell is an accomplished Emergency Services Director at Larimer County Sheriff's Office, with over 26 years of extensive experience in fire management and disaster response. Since joining the Larimer County Sheriff's Office in June 2015, Justin has specialized in emergency planning, preparedness, response, and recovery, demonstrating a proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-pressure scenarios, including large-scale natural and human-made disasters. Prior roles include Wildland Fire Section Chief at Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control, Emergency Services Specialist at Larimer County Sheriff's Office, Smokejumper with the U.S. Forest Service, Midnight Sun Hotshot with the Bureau of Land Management, and Quartermaster in the US Navy.
