James Wilkerson, IV

James A. Wilkerson IV is a triple board-certified Forensic Pathologist, which is a medical doctor specializing in clinical, anatomic, and Forensic Pathology. Dr. Wilkerson has served as the Larimer County Elected Coroner since 2014. He also serves as the Larimer County and regional Medical Examiner.

Dr. Wilkerson trained on a U.S. Army scholarship to the University of Alabama in Birmingham and subsequently completed advanced training at Brooke Army Medical Center and at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C. He served a total of 11 years in the United States Army.
