Nicole Barker is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty marketing, data analytics, and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Loyalty Marketing Manager at Lark Hotels since February 2023, Nicole leads initiatives to enhance data management and compliance within Salesforce. Nicole has also been an Engagement Program and Data Analytics Marketing Consultant for Relationship Marketing Solutions, Inc. since 2006, where expertise in segmentation and customer behavior analysis has driven personalized marketing strategies for various high-profile brands. Prior roles include CRM Analytics at Xanterra Travel Collection, Loyalty Program Manager at Applejack Wine & Spirits, and Direct Marketing Manager at Harrah's Entertainment. Nicole holds an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Government/Foreign Affairs from Claremont McKenna College.
