Jorge Alcala

Jorge Alcala has over 25 years of work experience in various roles, starting as a Loss Prevention/Operations Manager at Marshall's Department Store in 1993. Jorge then moved on to roles such as Team Leader at THE ANSWER GROUP, INC., Level II/Implementation Technician at SPHERION/A.C.S., and Technical Support Supervisor at Miami International University of Art & Design. Since 2016, they have been working as a Lead GME Project Manager at Larkin Community Hospital, where they assist in transitioning programs and ensures compliance with program goals and objectives. Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.
