Wayne Schertler (inactive)

Wayne Schertler, CPA (inactive) has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Wayne served as the Chief Operating Officer at Larkin Hoffman and Gislason & Hunter LLP, where they were responsible for the effective operation of administrative and financial functions. Before that, they worked at entero (now BCForward), a specialized staffing and recruiting firm, and Leonard, Street and Deinard (now Stinson Leonard Street) as the Chief Financial Officer. Wayne also held the position of Director of Finance at Faegre & Benson (Now Faegre Baker Daniels) and Chief Financial Officer at Doherty, Rumble & Butler. Wayne attended the university from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, Wayne earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Computer Systems from the University of Minnesota-Crookston, where they studied from 1981 to 1983.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Wayne also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in April 1995.
