Arielle Starace

Arielle Starace currently serves as the Division Director of Housing and Operations at Larkin Street Youth Services, a role held since January 2024. Prior to this, Arielle accumulated extensive experience at HomeRise from October 2018 to December 2023, where positions included Director of Housing Operations, Interim Linkage and Leasing Director, Program Director, and Resident Services Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Consultant, Director of Programs, Assistant Director, Senior Supervisor, MSC Supervisor, and Medicaid Service Coordinator at SKIP of NY from March 2014 to November 2018, and as a Direct Support Professional at SCO Family of Services from May 2010 to February 2014. Arielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, completed in 2013.
