Hailee Hamby

Hailee Hamby, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Larksfield Place Retirement Communities, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hailee was employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Koch Engineered Solutions from October 2022 to August 2024, and as a Human Resources Consultant at ProValue Insurance from February 2020 to October 2022. Hailee has extensive experience in recruitment management, having worked as a Recruiting Manager at AseraCare from August 2015 to August 2019, where significant achievements included overseeing recruitment activities for a national hospice company, leading a team of recruiters, and implementing programs that drastically increased referral rates and candidate engagement. Earlier roles included recruiting positions at USr Healthcare, Gaylord Opryland, Gentiva Health Services, and Maxim Healthcare Services. Hailee holds a B.S. in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications and a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Kansas.
