Larry Holmes

Larry Holmes co-founded Larlyn Property Management in 1975 in the basement of the family home. What began as a hobby grew into one of the largest fee-based property management companies in Canada. Larry is a driving force behind Larlyn’s customer service initiatives.

For over 46 years Larry has contributed to Larlyn’s success with hands-on experience in the areas of finance, banking, construction and property management. Larry brought with him almost a quarter century of experience in various assignments both in Canada and abroad with a Fortune 500 Corporation with corporate responsibilities in marketing, product development and customer service. A successful and exciting time of his career was setting up international operations for that Fortune 500 Corporation. His valuable experience also features building retrofits and renovations and is well versed in the value added approach to property management.

Larry is well known for supporting the educational goals of others. Not only does he ensure Larlyn sponsors employee education costs but is always offering encouragement and congratulations to those who are working hard to achieve their professional development goals. He believes strongly in harnessing the extraordinary talents and strengths of the people who join the Larlyn team and is committed to demanding the best from the best.

Larry has obtained his Chartered Manager designation from the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) and maintains his professional association. He has achieved his Accredited Residential Manager designation, his Registered Condominium Manager designation, and both his Accreditation and Fellowship from the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) where he once served on the National Board of Directors. Larry remains as Chairperson of the CCI Government Relations Committee maintaining direct contact with the condominium legislators across Canada and was a founding member and past president of the CCI London chapter. He also served as President of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
