Neil Bear

Neil Bear is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Larlyn Property Management Ltd. since May 2021. With a robust history in property management, Neil previously held the role of Property Manager at Arnsby Property Management from January 2015 to May 2021, and owned Bear Property Management and Countywide Home Inspections from March 2005 to January 2015. Additionally, Neil has contributed to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for The Safety Village and as a longstanding member of the Rotary Club of Windsor, where significant contributions include chairing the Youth Exchange Committee and the Children's Festival. Neil's earlier experience includes advising the City of Windsor on multi-unit taxation matters and working as an insurance broker at Paterson Insurance Brokers. Neil earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Administration from the University of Windsor.
