Michel O. Côté

Michel O. Côté has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michel O. started their career at Laval University as a part-time lecturer, teaching courses on computer structures and telecommunications. In 1981, they joined DMR (later acquired by Fujitsu) and held multiple functions there, ranging from Consultant to Director. Michel O. played an influential role in the business unit's leadership and oversaw the development and integration of systems and technologies. During their time at DMR, they also contributed to the expansion of the Quebec office and managed its growth. In 1998, they joined Larochelle Gratton consulting group as the Executive Vice-President and leader of the Quebec office, where they significantly contributed to the company's growth, doubling its revenue and employee count over three years. In 2001, they joined CGI, where they held various Vice-President roles, including Operations, Business Engineering, Financial Outsourcing, and Commercial Sector. Michel O. led the successful transition to new service delivery models, managed major clients in the banking and financial services sector, and achieved significant revenue growth. In 2009, they joined Techno-Montreal as an Administrator, a role they held until 2015. Most recently, since 2015, they have been working at Larochelle Groupe Conseil as the Vice-President of Finance and Corporate Development.

Michel O. Côté has pursued higher education at the Université Laval. Michel O. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from this institution. Additionally, they also pursued an MBA from Université Laval, with their thesis focusing on the development of an Expert system in risk management of Commercial mortgage loan.
