Growing up, Tiffany looney idolized her two older sisters. They had a huge influence on her life, teaching Tiffany to tackle and enjoy challenges. Tiffany considers her personality type to be “The Maven”: a person who gets super excited by acquiring new knowledge. Currently, Tiffany is teaching herself to speak Spanish and write VBA code.
Tiffany brings a love of yield management and high-demand leisure markets to her role as Regional Director of Revenue Management. Her central responsibility in this position is to grow revenue within her designated markets, which are primarily Florida Hilton and Marriott hotels. Tiffany is also fluent in IHG.
Before entering the field of revenue management, Tiffany gained experience in sales and catering. Tiffany then went on to spend more than eight years working in revenue management with another hospitality management company. Her professional designation as a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM) has been an asset to her career.
Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. The analytical and mathematical knowledge and skills she acquired from her engineering degree have been highly beneficial in her work in revenue management. Tiffany is a proud Excel expert.
