Britten Maughan

Britten Maughan has an extensive work experience in the retail industry. They started their career as an Intern for Pricing and Forecasting at Overstock.com in 2009 and later worked as a Watch Buyer for the same company from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined PetSmart as an MBA Ecommerce Intern. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Merchandise Planner at Walmart. In 2014, they became the Director of Buying at Fanzz, which was later acquired by Lids. They continued to work in various roles at Fanzz, including VP of Buying/Marketing from 2016 to 2018 and President from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the President of Lids and then transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President at The Larry H. Miller Company in 2023.

Britten Maughan obtained an MBA degree in Management, Business Analytics, and Consulting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, completing their undergraduate studies between 2005 and 2010.
