Poonam Chandok

Poonam Chandok is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as Vice President & Head HR for L&T Energy (Hydrocarbon) at Larsen & Toubro since June 2011. Previous roles include General Manager & Head - HR for Hydrocarbon Engineering IC and Head of Learning & Development within Corporate HR. Poonam has played a pivotal role in various HR functions, including talent acquisition and development, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and the establishment of construction skills training programs. Prior to rejoining Larsen & Toubro in 1993, Poonam served as General Manager HR at Biostadt India Limited, where significant HR processes and compliance measures were implemented. With an MBA in Human Resources Development from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Poonam boasts a robust foundation in HR practices.
