Rohan Pachpore

Rohan Pachpore has extensive experience in corporate learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Learning & Development at Larsen & Toubro since July 2017, following roles as Assistant Manager in various capacities within the same department. Prior to this, Rohan worked at Vodafone from April 2015 to July 2017 as Senior Executive in Training & Development, focusing on customer service training. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr Executive in Training & Development at Vinsys from May 2013 to May 2015. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, a PG Diploma in Wireless & Mobile Computing from CDAC ACTS Headquarters Pune, and a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur.
