Faisal Noor

Faisal Noor is a seasoned professional in corporate learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Learning and Development Manager at Time International since July 2018, Faisal leads and mentors a team of seven, overseeing learning initiatives for over 1,200 employees across multiple countries. Faisal previously held roles such as Assistant Manager Learning Development at The Union Group and Learning and Development Executive at Time International, where responsibilities included implementing structured KPIs, managing budgets, and identifying training needs. Faisal began a career in learning and development as a Learning and Development Officer at Grand Hyatt, focusing on training administration and service excellence. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung.
