Andrew Dawkins has a long history of work experience in the education sector. Andrew began their career in 1997 with Navitas, where they held various roles including General Manager NSW, College Director and Principal, and College Academic Director. In 2016, they became the CEO of Western Sydney University The College, where they were responsible for the leadership and development of the college from commercial and educational perspectives. In 2017, they moved to Study Group as the Head of International Study Centres ANZ, managing the University Partnerships between Study Group and partner Universities in Australia and New Zealand. In 2019, they joined Camino Global Education as Director, focusing on establishing highly valued and reputable university Pathway Colleges and Campuses. In 2022, they began working at ISP Eduworld as Partnership Engagement and at Larsen Ventures as Investment Analyst.

Andrew Dawkins has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology and Linguistics from Victoria University of Wellington. Andrew then went on to complete a Masters of Applied Linguistics from the University of Sydney, followed by a Master of Education in Administration from UNSW. Dawkins also earned an MBA in International Business from the University of New England (AU). To further their professional development, they have completed a Certificate and Executive Leadership Development Program from INSEAD. Additionally, they have obtained a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor certification from ICEF in September 2022.
