Andrew Larsen has held a variety of roles in the venture capital and technology industries since 2012. Andrew began their career as an Investment Director at Larsen Ventures, a tech-focused venture investment firm. In 2016, they became a Partner and Investment Committee Member at Folklore Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Australia. In 2018, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Wonde and Board Observer at GO1. In 2019, they became a Board Observer at Edstart and Advisor at Vitruvian Investments. In 2020, they joined the Finance Committee at Mind Medicine Australia. Andrew has also been an Angel Investor since 2012 and a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Board (Interim) at HealthEngine since 2012.

Andrew Larsen began their education in 2000 with a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCompSc) from The University of Western Australia, focusing on IT Applications & IT Systems. Andrew then completed a Master of Computer Security (MCS) from Edith Cowan University in 2006, studying Computer Security. Finally, in 2007, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University, focusing on Management of Technology.
