Joe Baylis

Joe Baylis is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Corporate Manager for Kstsu-ya Group, overseeing operations since September 2019. Simultaneously, Joe holds the position of General Manager at Larsen's Steakhouse, where the focus is on enhancing the reputation of this traditional establishment. Previous experience includes FOH Manager for "88 Steak House," Manager and Wine Director at Vespaio, and Assistant General Manager at California Pizza Kitchen. Joe has also owned a neighborhood bistro and worked as a sales representative at Youngs Market Company.
