Meghan Ryan

Meghan Ryan is a Principal Consultant at Larson Maddox since June 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. From May 2020 to June 2023, Meghan held the position of Regional Director for the Great Lakes at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters, also serving as a National Leadership Consultant during that time. Experience includes working as a Paraprofessional at UIUC Counseling Center from January 2019 to May 2020, and as a Server at Joe's Brewery from February 2018 to May 2020. Meghan also served as Vice President of Risk Management for the Panhellenic Council at the University of Illinois from January 2019 to January 2020 and as Personnel Chair for Chi Omega Fraternity in 2018. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in May 2020, and is a graduate of Glenbard East High School.
