Tristan Nurse

Tristan Nurse is a Principal Consultant at Larson Maddox since October 2023, with previous roles as Senior Consultant and Recruiting Consultant. Tristan co-founded The Ugandan's Children Foundation, leveraging photography sales through ONEYEphotography to create opportunities for youth in Uganda since January 2016. As a Mental Performance Trainee at the Yorkshire Based Rugby Academy, Tristan delivered mental performance programs to rugby athletes, while serving as Research Project Lead at Leeds Beckett University, focusing on the cognitive capability and athletic success relationship. Tristan has experience as a Behavioral Health Technician and has worked in education as a Paraprofessional Educator and a soccer coach at Boulder High School. Tristan holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Exercise & Sport from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
