Scott McCausland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott began their career at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2009 as an ERP Consultant, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Scott worked as a Software Developer at Logistics Plus Inc. In 2012, they joined Process and Data Automation, a member of the KRONES Group, where they worked as a Senior Solution Architect until 2016. Scott then transitioned into the role of Digitalization Services Manager until 2020.

In 2020, Scott joined Larson Texts, Inc. Initially, they served as a Technology Project Manager for a few months before being promoted to Head of Project Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Project Management / Digital Production. Their responsibilities at Larson Texts, Inc. are focused on overseeing various projects and digital production initiatives.

Alongside their professional roles, Scott also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Mercyhurst University from 2013 to 2018.

In 2016, they became a Certified Professional Supervisor through the Manufacturer & Business Association.
