Sophia Cook is a Business Development Associate at Larta Institute, responsible for partnership and fundraising efforts to support startups focused on feeding, fueling, and healing the world. Currently a Summer Fellow at Streetlife Ventures, Sophia assists with fundraising and ecosystem engagement. Previous experience includes serving as a Quantitative Research Associate at Material, where advanced research methods were provided to Fortune 500 companies, and as a Sustainability Analyst at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, leading market entry research for food and beverage companies. Earlier roles include Production Assistant at The Brooklyn Rail and Hydroponic Operations Intern at Farm.One. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Pitzer College.
