James Carter, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at LA’s BEST since September 2023. With a robust background in human resources management, James has previously held similar managerial roles at Citrin Cooperman and Parr3 LLC. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Generalist at Xsolla and as Human Resources Specialist at American Financial Network, Inc. James began their career in operations as an Operations Supervisor at Chuze Fitness and gained foundational experience as an Administrative Specialist in Military Human Resources with the United States Marine Corps. James earned a degree from the University of La Verne.
