Bertha Jardine, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Convention Services at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) since October 2016, after holding the title of Convention Services Manager. Prior to joining LVCVA, Bertha Jardine worked at Wynn Las Vegas from October 2007 to August 2016, where roles included Assistant Director of Convention Services, Senior Convention Services Manager, Convention Services Manager, and Conference Services Manager. In these positions, Bertha Jardine excelled in managing the intricate details of conferences accommodating 100 to 2000 attendees, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail, while acting as the primary point of contact between the hotel and clients post-agreement.
