Briana Ledesma

Briana Ledesma is a seasoned event management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Event Design at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since June 2023, Briana previously held the position of Executive Meeting Services Manager at ARIA Resort & Casino from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles include Event Manager at MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities encompassed designing and developing events while adhering to client budgets, and Event Manager at Origin Event Planning, overseeing all aspects of corporate events. Earlier in their career, Briana worked as a Program Coordinator and Assistant Wedding Consultant at Wynn Las Vegas, executing commitment and wedding ceremonies, and as a Banquet Sales & Catering Manager at Pampas Churrascaria Brazilian Grille, managing private events and focusing on client retention.
