Darren Davis

Darren Davis, CVE, currently serves as Senior Vice President at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, focused on marketing Southern Nevada as a premier tourism and convention destination. Previously, Darren held the role of Vice President at Foley Entertainment Group, overseeing the Dollar Loan Center and associated sports teams. Experience includes General Manager for Texas A&M University's athletics department, leading venue operations and event business development, and Vice President of Entertainment at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, managing various performance venues and events. Earlier career roles encompass Executive Director at Orleans Arena, where Darren managed operations and event bookings, and Event Coordinator for the City of Fort Worth. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and has undertaken further education at the VMS Graduate Institute.
