Jessica Lerner MBA SCP CCP is an experienced professional in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Employment Records and Benefits at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since June 2017, Jessica previously held multiple roles at Boyd Gaming, including Corporate Benefits Manager and Corporate Compensation Manager, from January 2007 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a General Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from July 2004 to January 2007. Jessica holds an MBA in New Venture Management from the UNLV Lee Business School, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in 2002.
