Cynthia Mason

Cynthia Mason has extensive work experience in the hospitality and events industry. Cynthia started their career at The Freeman Company as an Exhibitor Representative, where they interacted with various departments to execute conventions and supervised the exhibitor service desk. Cynthia then moved on to Mirage Resorts, where they worked as an Assistant Front Desk Manager and was responsible for managing daily inventories and overseeing shifts at a 3,000 room property. Currently, Cynthia works at Las Vegas Hilton as the National Sales Director. In this role, they successfully meet booking goals of 85,000 room nights annually and has contributed to a revenue expansion of over $6 million in a six-month booking cycle. Cynthia handles various markets such as Expositions Houses, Conference Direct, Helms Briscoe, Incentive Houses, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Insurance, Automotive, Diversity, and Association.

Cynthia Mason obtained their high school degree in 1980 from Redlands High School, where they pursued a general field of study. Cynthia later attended the College of Southern Nevada from 1991 to 1993, earning an Associates of Arts degree in Commercial Art and Graphic Production. Following this, Cynthia pursued their bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV) from 1993 to 1996, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree.
