Kathryn Bovard is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry. Kathryn Bovard began their career as a Broker/Manager at Century 21 MoneyWorld in 2000 and later served as the Managing Broker of the Sahara Branch of Prudential Americana Group, Realtors from 2005 to 2010. During their time at Prudential Americana Group, they led over 300 real estate sales executives and achieved numerous accolades for top sales and production.
In 2010, Kathryn transitioned to Realty ONE Group, where they held the position of National Vice President ROGA. Kathryn Bovard was responsible for leading, training, coaching, and recruiting over 400 real estate licensees in the Green Valley branch. Realty ONE Group is the largest and most productive real estate brokerage in Nevada, with rapid growth in Arizona and California.
Following their successful tenure at Realty ONE Group, Kathryn ventured into the role of Corporate Broker at Realty One Group, where they continued to showcase their expertise until 2018.
In 2013, Kathryn also served as a Director for the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors and as Vice President in 2015 for the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®.
In 2021, Kathryn joined Fidacity Realty as a Corporate Broker, overseeing their expansion across Canada and the United States. Fidacity Realty is a brokerage that prioritizes agents and consumers, supporting local business owners with an e-commerce platform.
Most recently, Kathryn has taken on the role of Broker Salesperson at Simply Vegas since 2018. Kathryn Bovard'sresponsibilities and contributions to the company are ongoing.
