Chef Esteban Calderon

Esteban Calderon is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the food industry. Currently serving as Chef Asesor / Instructor at FLIP. Culinary Consulting since February 2024, Esteban previously held the position of Executive Chef/Culinary Manager at Food+ by Compass from June 2017 to January 2024, where culinary operations were managed at Google's Buenos Aires offices, emphasizing plant-based menus and locally-sourced ingredients.
