Hans Baartmans

Hans Baartmans is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in technology operations and security across various industries. Currently serving as the VP - Central Head of IT Operations at Las Vegas Sands Corp. since December 2024, Hans previously held the position of Vice President of Infrastructure & Security at DATASCAN from January 2021 to December 2024. Hans' prior roles at Bank of America spanned over a decade and included significant leadership positions such as SVP, Head of Critical Network Infrastructure, and SVP, Head of Global Cyber Security Services, where Hans was instrumental in establishing security infrastructures and managing critical IT operations. Hans’ career began at Texas Instruments, where leadership responsibilities included managing global internet operations and IT auditing functions. Hans holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny College, awarded in 1994.
