Patricia Alphonse

Patricia Alphonse has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Patricia has held various roles in both corporate and consulting environments.

From 1997 to 1998, Patricia worked as an Information Technology Recruiting Consultant at Northwest Software Inc. in Portland, Oregon. Their responsibilities included recruiting for the IT industry, initiating the H-1 Visa process, and assessing placement opportunities based on applicants' skill sets and characteristics.

From 1998 to 2003, Patricia served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Microbytes Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Here, they focused on recruiting technical professionals in areas such as Data Architecture, Database Management, Business Intelligence, and more. Patricia also managed candidate databases and coordinated technical interviews and reference checks.

From 2003 to 2009, Patricia worked at Consulting Professional Resources as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Patricia placed contractors and permanent employees for high-profile clients, developed job descriptions, and managed resumes and candidate pools.

From 2010 to 2014, Patricia worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter at Education Management Corporation. In this role, they recruited IT professionals for various corporate functions, collaborated with management to define selection requirements, and managed the full recruitment process. Patricia also represented the organization on college campuses for their campus recruiting program.

From 2014 to 2017, Patricia was employed at Aesthetic Dimensions Medical Group as a Practice Manager.

Then, from 2014 to 2017, Patricia worked at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in Talent Acquisition.

Most recently, Patricia joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. in 2017. Patricia initially served as a Sr. Specialist in Global Information Governance before being promoted to an Analyst II in Global Cyber Security, Governance & Training in October 2018.

Patricia Alphonse obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Montana, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
