Samantha C. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of talent acquisition, recruitment, and career development. Samantha most recently worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Las Vegas Sands Corp. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager - GTM at Paradigm Strategy Inc. from January 2022 to April 2023, where unfortunately they were laid off. Samantha also has experience in higher education, serving as the Director of Talent, Diversity & HR Solutions at the University of Pittsburgh from April 2021 to January 2022. Samantha also worked at Carnegie Mellon University as an Associate Director, Career Services from November 2017 to April 2021, where they supported graduate candidates and alumni in their career growth. Additionally, Samantha has worked as a Diversity Recruiter at EQT Corporation from November 2016 to November 2017 and as an Executive Diversity Recruiter at UPMC from October 2013 to November 2016. Samantha has also held roles as an Onboarding Specialist (Contractor) at Bayer from February 2013 to October 2013, a Sales Recruiter at PLS Logistics Services from May 2012 to December 2012, and a Career Educator and Human Resources Intern at California University of Pennsylvania from August 2011 to May to 2012.

Samantha C. completed their Master of Public Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from PennWest California from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Samantha also obtained two certifications: an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS in February 2015, and a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) from the same institution in January 2015.
