Notable experiences include participation in the News21 national reporting program as a fellow at Arizona State University, focusing on voting rights and minority representation. Davis's earlier roles include reporting for Tucson Local Media, Yuma Sun, and Arizona Daily Sun, where coverage spanned various communities and topics, including education and government. Davis holds a Master of Mass Communication from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
