Jim Ohneck

Jim Ohneck is the current CEO of Laser Therapy Services. Jim has over fifteen years of experience in sales and marketing, most recently serving as the Global Senior Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer of Valtronic Technologies (USA) Inc. Jim has a proven track record of successfully growing sales and developing new business opportunities.

Under Jim's leadership, Valtronic Technologies (USA) Inc. experienced significant growth in sales and market share. Jim was instrumental in spearheading a strategic initiative to strengthen the company's presence in the medical device market following the loss of major clients to Asia. Jim worked closely with senior leadership, the sales organization, product development, and quality to establish objectives, generate program leads, and energize the sales force. As a result of Jim's efforts, sales increased from 66% in year one to 320% by December 2014.

In addition to growing existing business, Jim also developed a robust pipeline of new clients and new programs with existing clients. Jim initiated annual off-site planning meetings with sales, quality, product engineering, manufacturing, and product development to define immediate and long-term strategies for lead generation, sales targets, and pipeline projects. Jim has experience working in leading-edge market segments, including Web-connected Wearables, Cochlear Implants, Wireless ECGs, and Lasers.

Jim Ohneck has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Engineering from the University of Hartford. Jim is currently pursuing an Executive Marketing Management program at Columbia Business School.
