Dr. Will Kirby has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of dermatology. Dr. WILL is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer for LaserAway, a leading aesthetic dermatology group. In addition, they run a boutique aesthetic dermatological practice called Kirby Dermatology, where they train dermatology residents in cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Kirby is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Western University of Health Sciences, where they serve as the Cosmetic Residency Director. Dr. WILL has been an editorial advisory board member for The Dermatologist, Dermatology Times, and The Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology. Furthermore, they hold positions as a digital reporter for Aesthetic Authority and as a health and beauty expert for Life & Style Magazine. Dr. WILL has also served as a social media ambassador for Procter & Gamble and Unilever.

Dr. Will Kirby graduated from Emory University in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Dr. WILL pursued medicine and attended Nova Southeastern University's College of Osteopathic Medicine from 1996 to 2000.

After completing their medical degree, Dr. Kirby underwent an internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach in 2000. Following this, they specialized in dermatology and completed a Dermatology Residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in 2004. Dr. WILL then achieved the position of Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology at Western University of Health Sciences in 2006.

Dr. Kirby further earned the title of Board Certified Dermatologist from the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology in July 2007, indicating their expertise and knowledge in the field.
