Emily Sehbe has a range of experience in customer experience and operations roles. Emily is currently serving as the Vice President - Customer Experience & Engagement at LaserAway since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Customer Experience (CX) at LaserAway from November 2020 to August 2022. Emily previously held positions at Equinox, where they served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience (CX) & Operations from April 2019 to October 2020, and as the Director Of Customer Experience (CX) & Operations from April 2017 to April 2019. Before that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Operations at Equinox from April 2015 to April 2017, as the Manager of Operations from April 2014 to April 2015, and as an Operations Specialist from September 2012 to April 2014. Emily also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Marcus & Millichap from January 2012 to September 2012, and as an Operations Analyst at KGB Deals from March 2011 to November 2011. Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated a strong focus on customer experience management, implementing various strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Emily Sehbe obtained a B.S. degree in Advertising Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Baker School of Business & Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Business Analytics Capstone from Wharton Executive Education in April 2016, an Accounting Analytics certification from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School through Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016, and a Medallia CEM Certified certification from Medallia in January 2016. Emily has also received various other certifications in the field of analytics and leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, through Coursera Course Certificates and Coursera Verified Certificates between 2014 and 2015.
