Madilyn Lake-McBride

Madilyn Lake-McBride has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Madilyn started their professional journey in 2007 as a Live-In & Residential Student Aide in Life Skills at the Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind. From there, they worked as a Habilitation Provider at TruePotential Therapy, where they conducted therapy sessions and collaborated with a clinical psychiatrist to revise treatment plans.

In 2010, Madilyn joined GoDaddy.com LLC, initially starting as a Sales & Customer Support Representative and working their way up to become a Training and Tech expert. Madilyn trained new hires, managed workflow for online support leadership, and provided mentorship and coaching to team members.

In 2015, Madilyn transitioned to Infusionsoft, where they held the role of Sales and Partner Operations Specialist. Here, they developed technical documentation and procedures, wrote HTML and CSS scripting, and conducted training classes for various software.

From 2016 to 2019, Madilyn worked at ZipRecruiter as an Instructional Design Manager. Madilyn created leadership training programs, handled development and training requests, and facilitated train-the-trainer sessions.

In 2019, Madilyn joined Sendoso as the Head of Organizational Development, where they were responsible for developing Product University and achieving remarkable outcomes such as increased completion rates, expenditure, upsell, and product adoption.

Madilyn then moved on to Tiled in 2021, holding roles as Head of Organizational Development and later as Director of HR and Organizational Development. Madilyn'sresponsibilities included operations management, overseeing administrative and programmatic operations, and facilitating communication among employees and management.

Most recently, Madilyn joined LaserAway in 2023 as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development.

Madilyn Lake-McBride began their education journey in 2007 at the University of Arizona, where they pursued a field of study in Management Information Systems. After completing their studies there in 2010, they went on to attend Arizona State University. At Arizona State University, they focused on Psychology and obtained their Bachelor's Degree in 2012.
