James Blankenship

James Blankenship has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Attorney at Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson PLLC since January 2022. Prior to this role, James held attorney positions at Fain Anderson VanDerhoef Rosendahl O’Halloran Spillane PLLC and McGavick Graves, P.S., and served as a Volunteer Attorney with the Unemployment Law Project. Experience also includes law clerk duties at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General in the Transportation Division and a summer associate role at Patterson Buchanan Fobes & Leitch, Inc. P.S. Earlier career roles involved coaching at Commencement Bay Rowing Club, firefighting and emergency medical response with the Pierce County Fire Department, and managing drivers and accident claims at Gordon Trucking, Inc. James earned a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
