Stuart Vogelsmeier has extensive work experience at Lashly & Baer, P.C. Stuart started working for the company in 1988 as an Associate and held this position until 1994. In 1995, Stuart returned to Lashly & Baer, P.C. as a Member and has been actively engaged in a business practice representing health care providers, professionals, and business owners. Stuart'sresponsibilities have included entity formation, joint ventures, professional service agreements, purchasing and licensing agreements, leases, and regulatory compliance. Stuart also provides advice to health care providers on Stark, Anti-Kickback, Medicare reimbursement, and compliance. In February 2018, they were promoted to the role of Executive Vice President, where they continue to contribute to the success of the company.
Stuart Vogelsmeier completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Valparaiso University from 1981 to 1985. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 1985 to 1988.
